Special 100% Koshihikari rice grown in Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture.
The temperature difference between morning and evening and the clear water have resulted in rice with a strong sweetness and aroma.
The rice is milled immediately after harvest and delivered to customers who have made reservations shortly.

We planned this event because we wanted more people to know about the rice we eat every day .
