About Paidy payments

Regarding atone next month payment (convenience store/direct debit)
atone is a payment system that anyone can use immediately, allowing you to pay for your monthly bills in one lump sum the following month at a convenience store or by direct debit.
You can earn 1 point for every 200 yen you spend, and earn valuable NP points that can be used for shopping at atone. For more details, please see the atone official website .
■Payment method The number required for payment will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please make your payment by the 10th of the following month using a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please complete the payment procedure by the end of the month via the smartphone app or your online My Page.
(1) Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy) *Standard setting
(2) Electronic barcode (convenience store)
(3) Postcard bill (convenience store)
(4) Direct debit *Payments via convenience store terminals/bank ATMs (Pay-easy) cannot be made at Seven-Eleven.
*Electronic barcode and postcard invoices can also be paid at 7-Eleven.
■Notes: There is no charge for payment.
・A billing fee of 209 yen (tax included) will be charged only in the month of use. (Free if you use direct debit)
・The payment due date varies depending on the payment method.
- Fees will be charged in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of Net Protections Inc. using the specified method.

Regarding payment by deferred payment (convenience store/bank ATM)
This is a safe and easy "pay later" option that allows you to pay at a convenience store or bank ATM after your order is complete.
Only your mobile phone number and email address are required.
The late payment fee is 209 yen (tax included).
■Payment process ・The day after your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with the payment number you need. Please make the payment at a convenience store or bank ATM (Pay-easy) within 10 days.
■Note: Payment will be made in accordance with Net Protections Inc.'s terms of use and in the manner specified.

About member registration and login
How do I register as a member?
You can register from the new member registration page .
I cannot log in because it says that my membership number and password are incorrect.
When entering your information, you may have made a mistake with the capitalization or full-width/half-width characters. Please check again to make sure that the membership number, email address, and password you entered are correct.
I forgot my password.
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" at ( https://f-room.shop/account/login ).
We cannot provide passwords via email or inquiries, so please follow the procedure from the URL above.
I would like to change (correct) my member information, such as the address I registered.
You can change your address from the address list on your My Page .
If I change my address, will my ordered items be delivered to my new address?
We will deliver to the address you specified when placing your order.
Please note that even if you change your membership information or delivery address after completing your order, the delivery address for the completed order will not be changed. If you wish to make a change, please contact us using the inquiry form.
I would like to change my email address.
You cannot change your email address. Please register as a member with a new email address or contact us to change your email address.
I want to stop receiving the email newsletter
You can unsubscribe by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the newsletter.
I would like to cancel my membership.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form to let us know that you wish to cancel your membership.
About orders
I don't know how to order, so please tell me.

We accept product orders 24 hours a day. We respond to inquiries between 11:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. Please note that product deliveries and responses to inquiries on designated holidays, including weekends and public holidays, will be handled from the next business day onwards.
I would like to cancel.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or changes after the order has been completed.
Can you ship separate orders together (in the same package)?
Each order will be shipped separately, and we cannot combine items ordered separately. Please note that shipping and handling fees will be charged for each order.
I would like to have the item delivered to a branch office or pick it up at a convenience store.
Pickup at a branch office or convenience store is not available.
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.
The email notifying you of delivery preparation will include a tracking number, so please contact the delivery company directly.
I would like it to be packaged as a gift.
We offer a gift wrapping service where your ordered items will be delivered in an original gift wrapping box, so please use this service.

It's a gift, so please don't include the invoice.
We cannot pack products and ship them without including the invoice, but please rest assured that all amounts on the invoice will be hidden.
I want to wrap it myself, so I just need the wrapping materials.
We sell " self-wrapping items " that customers can wrap themselves.

Can I order from overseas?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept orders from overseas.
About delivery and receipt
How long will it take to ship my order?
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For details on the delivery status, please check the delivery slip number in the "Shipping Complete Email".
*It may take a few days for the shipping slip number to be updated.
*Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or on days designated as holidays by "F.room ONLINE STORE" or the delivery company will be processed on the next business day.
*Delivery may be delayed depending on traffic conditions, weather, and your area of residence.
I would like to change the shipping address.
We cannot accept changes to the delivery address after the order has been completed, as we will have already begun preparing for shipment.
I would like to pick up at the branch office.
If you would like to pick up your package at a branch office, please check the information pages for Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport .
Regarding product problems
The product I received was defective, so I would like to exchange it.
We will replace it.
Please contact us using the inquiry form and provide the following information: "Name of the person who placed the order," "Order number," "Product name," "Quantity of defective items," and "Condition of the defective items (as detailed as possible)."
*Please note that we cannot respond if you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
*Please send us a photo of the defective part before returning the product, and we will guide you through the process. (*Excluding defective products that require a functional check.)
*Please note that products purchased outside of the F.room ONLINE STORE cannot be exchanged.
There was a defect during shipping, so I would like to exchange it.
If the product is damaged or dirty due to damage to the cardboard box or outer bag upon delivery, please contact the delivery company first. The delivery company will contact you after checking the shipping status.
*If you suspect that the product was damaged during shipping, please do not discard the cardboard box or packing materials used for shipping, and store them in a condition as close as possible to the condition when the product arrived.

I received a different product from what I ordered/The product I ordered was not included.

Can I buy items that are sold out on other sites?
Depending on the product, it may be possible to purchase it from places other than the "F.room ONLINE STORE", but please note that we will not respond to inquiries about places other than the "F.room ONLINE STORE".
About eGift
What happens if the recipient doesn't register their address and the deadline passes?
If the procedure is not completed within the deadline, the item will be delivered to the "registered address of the orderer."

About points
Where can I check the number of points I have?
You can check the number of points you have on My Page. Log in and check on My Page.
When will the points be reflected after purchase?
Points will be reflected 7 days after the product is shipped.
When do my points expire?
Points are valid for one year from the date of award. Please note that points will expire after one year.
What happens to my points if I cancel my account?
If you cancel your account, your accumulated points will expire.
Can I earn points if I purchase at a pop-up shop or a participating store?
Currently, points are only awarded for purchases made through the F.room ONLINE STORE.
Please note that points will not be awarded if purchased elsewhere.
Can I use points for discounts?
1 point can be used for 1 yen.
On the cart page, enter the points you wish to use and click "Apply" to use them.
The discount will be reflected on the next page.
