Cancellations, returns and exchanges

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after the order has been completed.

Many of the products sold on this website are very delicate, and we take great care in packaging and shipping them, but there is a chance that the products may be damaged or defective when they arrive at your door.
If the product you receive is damaged or defective, or if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, we will exchange it.

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

*We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been received more than 7 days ago or for reasons of customer convenience, such as ordering incorrectly.
*In the case of damage or defects, we will respond after receiving a photo before returning the product. If we are unable to confirm the damage or defect with a photo, we may not be able to accept the exchange. Please note.
*If the product is out of stock or if we are unable to provide a replacement, we may refund the product price.

■About the cooling-off period The cooling-off period is a system designed to protect consumers in cases of door-to-door sales, telephone sales, etc.
Please note that the cooling-off period does not apply to mail order sales, including those on this site.
