Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method (nationwide flat rate)

・Nekopos delivery: 450 yen (tax included)
If your purchase amount is 7,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.

*Nekopos delivery is only available for some products.
*We only ship within Japan.
*Items that cannot be shipped together will incur separate shipping charges.
*The total amount for free shipping is the product price only (excluding payment fees and shipping fees).
*Please note that multiple orders cannot be shipped together or packaged together.

About delivery estimates

Except for pre-order items and items that take time to ship, we will ship your order within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is completed.
For details on the shipping status, please check the shipping slip number in the ``Shipping Complete Email.''

*Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or on days designated as holidays by "F.room ONLINE STORE" or the delivery company will be processed on the next business day.

Regarding delivery date and time specification

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.
The email notifying you of delivery preparation will include a tracking number, so please contact the delivery company directly.

About shipping methods

Your ordered items will be delivered by Sagawa Express to the address you specified when placing your order.
If you would like to pick up your package at a branch office, please check the information pages for Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport .
*Nekopos delivery (Yamato Transport) is available for some products only.
*If you use the wrapping service (fees apply), you cannot use Nekopos delivery (Yamato Transport).
*Please note that the shipping company may change depending on the product.
*Even if you change the address in your membership information after completing your order, it will not be reflected in the delivery address for the completed order.

Regarding shipping overseas

"F.room ONLINE STORE" does not ship directly to overseas destinations.
